A new generation numerical simulator for aeronautic and maritime industry

This article defines principles for a new generation of geometric simulator, able to unify volumic data representation and processing for real time applications. The proposed simulator unifies in particular geometric and graphic pipelines, replacing parametric and polygonal surfaces with descriptive polynoms for generalized algebraic surfaces.

This approach virtually enables interoperability between CAD/CAM, GIS, and AEC systems, through an universal 3D data format, designed for high performance computing.
