The Instrumentation and Control of the nuclear plants for the Charles de Gaulle Aircraft Carrier propulsion is submitted to highly specific constraints. This has required implementation of various innovative solutions. It is based on all digital, computer based .system, more particularly in order to:

- improve the operational efficiency,

- irnprove the Man-Machine Interface,

- lower the building cost and favour the maintainability ..

Same core-solutions are used for the all K15 generation reactors, and for different safety critical domains as railways.
