Hydrodynamic tests on NES 200 models

The tests conducted since 1980 at the Bassin d'Essais des Carènes have allowed to validate and to perfect the French concept of SES, especially the lift system (seals and fans) and the hydrodynamics of the hulls.

The results obtained with al 1/15th model of the NES 200 are stating more precisely the effects of the principal parameters (displacement, CG position, pressure level) upon the calm water performances and the seakeeping.
